CLASSES AND TIMES
PARKOUR (Beginners Parkour) : 5PM MONDAY & WEDNESDAY + 8AM SATURDAY
WILD (Floor based endurance) : 6PM MONDAY
WARRIOR (Obstacle based) : 5PM THURSDAY + Alternating weeks at 530am WEDNESDAY
BURN: (HIIT): 5PM FRIDAY
